Chocolate Zebra Isopods
A great starter/pet species, and a favourite among isopod keepers.
Slower moving & sometimes balls when startled.
This species can be quite prolific once established, though we've found them to be less likely to out-compete than our other prolific species.
A great pet species that's fun to watch and reproduces quickly, though they grow a bit slower than other Armadillidium species.
Like our other Armadillidium species, these are heavy calcium consumers, & we highly recommend them having access to calcium.. cuttle bones & Snail Rocks work great for this though.
Chocolate Zebra Isopods are non-aggressive and can be kept with other isopods, snails, and more!
