Porcellio laevis is an excellent cleaner species that's easy to keep and reproduces quickly!
Medium/large in size as adults, these isopods are non-aggressive and, (in our experience) will peacefully live with other isopod species, snails, long tailed grass lizards, hermit crabs, etc.
While they tend to bolt, they do "play dead" sometimes, especially when they're younger.. but some very gentle prodding will have them righting themselves and running off.
This adaptable species enjoys burrowing into the substrate, they will also cluster together while clinging to the underside of cork bark, cuttle bone, & leaves though.
